Breaking Tradition on your wedding day!

Hey there, fellow rule-breakers!

If you're wanting to shake things up on your wedding day and break free from tradition, you're in the right place. I've seen my fair share of non-traditional celebrations, and I'm here to share some ideas to help you put your own spin on your day.

The First Look

Now, I'll admit, I used to think the whole "first look" thing was a bit too "American" for my taste. But you know what? The more I see it, the more I get it. Having a first look before the ceremony can be a great thing. Picture this: you and your partner, sharing an intimate moment away from all those eyes staring at you. It’s especially great if you are nervous about being stood at the top of the isle. You could even walk down the Isle together.

Get Those Group Shots Out of the Way

While we are there why wait until after the ceremony to round up the family for those group shots? Let's knock 'em out right after the first look. That way, by the time the drinks reception rolls around, you'll be free to relax, and actually enjoy yourselves. No more herding cats or wrangling relatives – just good food, good drinks, and good company.

Skip Straight to the First Dance

Who says you have to wait until after dinner to hit the dance floor? Depending on the layout of your venue, why not go straight from the ceremony to the first dance? It's a bold move, for sure, but it sets the tone for the rest of the day and gets the party started early.

So there you have it, folks – a few non-traditional wedding day ideas for you to think about. Remember, it's your day, so why not make it uniquely yours?
